Behavioural intervention

A young person displaying harmful, difficult, and concerning behaviour can present parents and professionals with significant challenges. Our interventions address the young person's behaviour, but also supports the carers developing their confidence in their ability to respond appropriately.

When we work with a young person, we encourage interagency cooperation in an effort to provide a systemic responce to the young person's behavioural difficulties.

Child Welfare Consultancy Services offers individual work with young people where their behaviour is concerning and placing themselves and/or others at risk. This can involve activity based intervention. This can also be achieved through individual and/or family treatment sessions.
